how the fuck do you studyI've been at uni for maybe half a semester now with proper medication and I'm still figuring out how I can propely study. I never really had good habits set up in the past and while it's still manageable, I really want to figure out a good system soon. Earlier on (and also my entire HS life) I'd try to write everything down in each lecture but I would never really go back to revise them which is kinda dumb. I'd imagine that the active writing down of notes would help, but I can't imagine it being an efficient way to study. Earlier this semester I'd spend multiple hours just writing down just for one leture, which was very taxxing without much benefit.
Going forward what I aim to try is a system with massively cut down notes and more focus on flashcards for the actual memorisation part.
In other news I did the stirling ridge walk about a week ago. Weather wasnt the best but it was still pretty amazing. I'm used to the state being very flat so even if the mountains were only 1.1k up at most it was quite an experience. I was pleasantly suprised by how I did with all the uphill terrain, as the last 1k peak I did with a pack a few years back I really struggled with. I took my camera along so I'll try to get round to uploading some (might need to update the website for that...)

too much fucking bad skateboarding sure takes its toll. gave em a bunch of protein and a day off which clearly wasnt enough. i do wonder if it's overcompensating for my dicky knee? need to work on that one.
